Thanksgiving part 2 3 points

Are you in the Present? Prepare to be thankful by:

1) Be in the present..all matters on your mind put away so you can actually enjoy the Moment and what is going on around you. You could miss something.

2) Thoughts- worry, fear, anxiety, doubt, uncertainty can take ahold of your thoughts..put them away

3) Wipe the slate clean for the sake of sanity. When you hold on to grudges you can't think or feel in the present. And a Breath to clear things.
